Grief Support
Are You Suffering From a Broken Heart?
Did a death, divorce, or the end of a romantic relationship cause it? Or is your pain rooted in one of the more than forty other losses that can trigger grief—such as moving, pet loss, changes in health, or financial hardship? Regardless of the source, you know how you feel…and it likely doesn’t feel good.
I won’t tell you, “I know how you feel,” because I don’t—and neither does anyone else. What I can offer is a safe, compassionate environment where you’ll receive clear, actionable tools to help you work through your loss and begin moving toward a lighter, more joyful life.

Grief is a normal and natural emotional response to loss, yet most of what we’ve been taught about navigating it is purely intellectual. While our Grief Support Groups include helpful educational elements, proper recovery must address the heart, not just the head. Healing happens through emotional support, not through theories or explanations.
Time heals all wounds - Replace the loss - Grieve alone - Be strong - Don’t feel bad - Keep busy
